We minimize electric loads from lighting and appliances and maximize high-efficiency lighting systems with advanced lighting controls such as motion sensors and dimmers to help to save energy and reduce costs.

We're experts at properly sizing and specifing the most appropriate energy-efficient heating and cooling system for each home. Our building and framing techniques take a little extra effort, but combined with the use of high R-value wall and ceiling insulation, we create the most thermally efficient building possible against heat & cold. 

The building products we use are evaluated and selected for their recycled content, zero or low off gassing of harmful air emissions properties , zero or low toxicity, sustainably harvested materials, high recyclability, durability, and longevity.
