Owned by the client's family since the late 1800s, the home was restored and expanded with care — preserving its vintage charm while adding the space a modern family needs.
The home had been modified over the years but never truly updated, requiring extensive structural and mechanical work to bring it in line with modern building standards.
The finished project preserved the home's historic character while modernizing every system
— and earned a 2012 Professional Remodelers Design Award.
