HISTORIC VICTORIAN MANOR RENOVATION
After first renovating this historic home in 2008, Fein Construction
returned to build a 9,500-square-foot addition packed
with modern amenities that honor the home's original Victorian charm.

Outside, Fein Construction matched the addition to the original home with cedar shake roofing and siding, copper Yankee gutters, and custom exterior moldings and crown work.
STONE BY STONE MASONRY TO MATCH SEAMLESS STONEWORK
Matching the original masonry meant carefully blending three different stone types
— a detail that makes the addition indistinguishable from the 1800s original.
