FARMHOUSE STYLE TRANSFORMATION
We transformed this home from old and outdated to a modern farmhouse aesthetic.
EXTERIOR CHANGES
We completely changed the look of the exterior of this home. The original had a cream-colored exterior with brown shutters, and we remodeled it to have a white exterior for a clean and modern look. We replaced the windows to include double-hungs with colonial-style grilles on the upper sashes only. The addition of a front porch adds the perfect space to spend time in the fresh air.
SECOND STORY ADDITION
By adding a second level to this home, we increased the amount of living space in the home. The homeowners used this space as a master bedroom suite. This addition changed the overall look of the home.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The interior remodel focused on the kitchen and dining room area. We installed wood flooring that complements the new white cabinetry well. The kitchen island includes a kitchen sink and bar seating. The dining room features a farmhouse-style light fixture above a farmhouse table, with plenty of sunlight streaming in through the double-hung windows that feature transoms above.
